Phyllis Ludwig is a results-driven Business Consultant with a 25
year history of strengthening and improving the results of
organizations. She is an effective leader in the development,
communication, and execution of strategic plans; an expert in
implementing internal financial management reporting systems;
experienced with external bank, government, tax, and audit
relationships; and an entrepreneurial thinker skilled in empowering
and encouraging others to perform their best.
Prior to consulting, Ms. Ludwig spent several years in Senior
Financial Management positions with public companies on the East
Coast. Her foundational experience was developed as an auditor with
Arthur Andersen in the Washington, D.C. location where she
specialized in government contracting. Other specialty areas
include manufacturing and distribution and call center
operations.
Ms. Ludwig received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and
Economics from The Catholic University Of America. She received her
Executive MBA from The Fox School of Business at Temple University
where she was the recipient of the Dean's Certificate of Excellence
Award. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state
of Pennsylvania.
